William Davidson

William Davidson, of Eaton Rapids, passed away due to complications from the coronavirus, February 4, 2021 at the age of 85. Bill was born in Eaton Rapids on August 31, 1935, the son of William and Wilma (Horton) Davidson. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the First Congregational Church in Eaton Rapids. Bill retired from General Motors after 35 years. He enjoyed woodworking, playing golf, making a hole-in-one on the seventh hole of Bonnie View Golf Course in 1987. Bill loved going to car shows with his Mustang and meeting friends at the coffee shop.
Bill is survived by his daughters, Darcy O’Boyle of Brighton, Debra Livermore of Leslie; grandchildren, Lindsay Bristol of Brighton, Nicholas (Rebecca) Norris of Jackson, Joshua Norris of Jackson; great-grandchildren, Kylie Lewis, T.J. Bush, Peyton Bush, Trenton Bush, all of Brighton, Layla Norris, Wyatt Norris of Westland, Kora Norris of Jackson . and brother, Philip Davidson of Eaton Rapids. He was preceded in death by wife, Fran Davidson and his parents.
Memorial services for Bill and his wife, Fran, will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Eaton Rapids Medical Center Foundation, 1500 South Main Street, Eaton Rapids.
