Robert Dee Crim

Robert “Bob” Dee Crim, age 77, was born on October 29, 1948, in McMinnville, Tennessee, to RD and Lucille Crim. He passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026, at ECRHS in Charlotte, Michigan. Though he is no longer with us, his gentle spirit and the kindness he showed to those around him will be remembered fondly. 

He attended school in Gainesville, Florida, and moved to Michigan when he was 18 years old.

Bob was a kind man and a true friend to those who knew him. Dedicated and hardworking, he spent 42 years working at Airway Manufacturing in Olivet. His commitment to his work was notable and earned him respect among his colleagues.

One of Bob’s greatest joys was spending time fishing. He loved going out with his dad, RD, sharing quiet moments by the water that brought both peace and happiness to his life. Another one of Bob’s pastimes was attending car shows and walking around and looking at the old cars.

Bob is survived by his brother, Paul (Hazel White) Crim, and family friend, Althea Cole. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, RD and Lucille Crim.

A graveside service was held at the Olivet Cemetery on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 11 a.m., with Minister Keith Litwiller officiating.
