Karen Louise Sparks

Karen Louise Sparks was born on September 20, 1967 in Baltimore, Maryland. 

She went home to be with her Lord on June 1, 2026.

Karen met the love of her life, Kelly Sparks in 2001.  They were married on Dec. 23, 2011. She was a devoted wife to her husband Kelly, and they were a happy couple ever since. 

Karen had the heart of a servant!

She and Kelly have fostered many dogs that were abandoned on their property over the years, 29 dogs at one point, to be exact. They fed and nurtured each one. 

Karen was a dedicated, hardworking  employee of General Motors for 30 years, before she retired, not long ago. 

No matter where the job was, or how difficult the task, she always gave it her all!

Karen was a true and loyal friend!

She will be remembered for her loving spirit, her kindness and generosity to all who knew and loved her.

Karen is survived by her husband, Kelly Sparks of Kopperl, Texas. Her sister-in-law, Shannon Cooksley and husband Kevin of Wiesert, Nebraska. Her brother-in-law, Greg Sparks and wife Jeanie of Charlotte, Michigan, and special friend, Lisa Hall of Rio Vista, Texas. They had many nieces and nephews also, as survivors.
