Rodeo 2015Twisted P Rodeo Company, based in Millington, Mich. returns to Charlotte Friday, Sept. 11 and Saturday, Sept. 12 to bring all of the fun and excitement professional rodeo is about. Twisted P is an International Professional Rodeo Association sanctioned stock contractor; a Mid-States Rodeo Association sanctioned stock contractor as well as an experienced contractor who has been involved in the sport of rodeo for over 20 years.
Owner & Operator, Stuart Pletcher has made rodeo his career for the last 30 years.  His accomplishments are not only as a contestant but as an elected official in associations designed to maintain the integrity and promote the lifestyle of rodeo.
The excitement gets going Friday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. as rodeo fans get ready to experience heart-stopping entertainment from the moment they hear the National Anthem played until the final contestant leaves the arena.
Come join the crowd in welcoming seven main events during each performance: Bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, barrel racing, team tie-down roping, and the sport’s glamour event — bull riding.
Saturday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. is when the rodeo teams up with Charlotte Relay for Life and to sponsor a Tuff Enough to Wear Pink night. All the rodeo contestants and personnel will proudly wear pink to support the fight against cancer. Look for many fun events and surprises during the performance that night. Proceeds from the 50/50 will benefit Charlotte Relay for Life.
Mutton Bustin will return to this popular event to both the Friday and Saturday Rodeo performances. It will be available for children between 4 and 8 years of age. The day of the performance parents can stop by the box office and fill out a release form and we will randomly choose four children for each night!
Presale tickets are available until Sept. 10 at midnight then you can purchase them online or at the fairgrounds box office.
