Psychic Fun FairWindwalker Arts and Underground Gallery is becoming the go to place for unique entertainment opportunities in Charlotte. On Saturday, Jan. 17, Windwalker will host maybe it’s most interesting yet, the Green Tree Essentialz Psychic Fun Fair.
Tracey Schawlbach, owner of Green Tree Essentialz in Flushing, Mich., will bring her troupe of mediums, healers and spiritualists for a day of exploration. Schwalbach said her group has traveled throughout Michigan for the past four years, sharing their unique approach to health and wellness, allowing most to experience something new to them.
“This will be our first time in Charlotte and we’re very excited,” Schwalbach said. “We really love Windwalker as a location for our fair. There are a lot of similarities between Charlotte and Flushing, my home base.”
For a small cover charge, participants are encouraged to roam the fair and see which individuals or modalities fit their comfort level or interest. Schwalbach said the fair will include psychic mediums, animal communicators, angel card readers, palm readers, crystal ball readings, runes, matrix energy, a relationship and love specialist, tarot readings, toe readings, akashic records, past life regressions, as well as health and wellness providers specializing in tuning forks, chair massage, Reiki, access bars, ear candling and henna.
Schwalbach said she has personally screened everyone she works with, as her reputation depends on each individual.
“I’m pretty picky about who represents us,” Schwalbach said. “I need to believe in them and I’m just as skeptical as anyone. I only travel with people that are exceptional in their craft.”
The fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a crossing over gallery, led by Schwalbach scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Separate tickets are required to attend the crossing over gallery.
“It’s really the highlight at the end of the event,” Schwalbach said. “It’s really an awesome and intense event that is as exciting as it is emotional.”
