Arliss Isabell Pantall, age 86, of Bellevue passed away on January 2, 2020, at Eaton Community Palliative Care under the loving care of her family and Sparrow Hospice. The daughter of Frederick Raymond and Dorothy Pearl (Schreiner) Carley, she was born on April 14, 1933, in Chadwick, Ill.
