Robert Eugene Donley, age 74, of Charlotte passed away on February 14, 2020. He was a supervisor at GM. There will be a visitation from 1-2 p.m., and a funeral service starting at 2 p.m., on Friday, February 21, 2020, at Pray Funeral Home in Charlotte.
