“Eaton Auto Body has collision repair experts that you can trust,” owner Mike Crowner said. With over 125 years of combined experience among the five service technicians working there, they make sure that the job is done right and in a timely manner.
Crowner has owned the business for 18 years, starting out there as an employee himself before buying the business. He also serves on the board of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Charlotte Rotary club.
One of the most enjoyable parts of the business is the customer interaction, Crowner said. “We want to make people happy, to do the job right and do it well.”
Eaton Auto Body will service every make and model of vehicle and works with all insurance companies. They offer a wide range of services, including auto repair, tires, transmission repair, body paint, frame service, complete collision service, custom painting, and frame alignment. Insurance work is always welcome.

Turn-around time for bodywork is dependent on the amount of damage needing repair, but Crowner says their goal is to complete the needed repairs as soon as they can without skimping on quality.
