Wilcox Pharmacy in Dimondale has been there to serve all your prescription and over-the-counter medicinal needs since 2002. It’s located next to Carl’s Supermarket at 140 East Road and is part of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy network, which is a network of more than 3,400 independent pharmacies across the United States. Wilcox Pharmacy offers professional and personalized service, with the friendly, small-town atmosphere that you prefer. In addition to your medical needs, they also sell a variety of gift items.
Vitamins, herbals, homeopathic supplies, durable medical equipment and diabetic supplies are available at Wilcox Pharmacy.
“Our customers have been very accommodating during the COVID-19 situation,” owner and pharmacist Stephan Wilcox said. “We really appreciate that.”
The store is currently only serving customers through the drive-up window at the side of the store, so you don’t even have to park your car when picking up your prescription. Gift items can also be purchased through the convenient drive-up window, and right now Valentine items are featured.
“It’s working out very well,” Wilcox said. “If they have questions or need more information, we can always discuss it at the drive-up window, with a phone call, or I can come out to their car and speak to them directly through their window, properly masked, of course.”
“We are willing to serve our customers however they feel the most comfortable and safe,” Wilcox added.
Prescription delivery service is an option for shut-ins and for those unable to come into the store. Deliveries are generally made on Tuesday and Friday.
“Our Facebook page also offers a wealth of information regarding your health,” Wilcox said. You’ll find health information, recipes, stop smoking advice, valuable contact information for other health services, and much more. It allows you to keep up to date with all that’s going on with the pharmacy and your own health.
Another suggestion, Wilcox said, to make your prescriptions even easier is through the use of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy (My GNP) app on your smartphone which can be downloaded from Apple. It will save you time and allows Wilcox Pharmacy to more efficiently serve you with less wait time.
