Dreams don’t usually come with a storefront, but Wildest Dreams Designs is proving that sometimes they do. Now open at 145 North Main St., in Eaton Rapids, the new shop owned by Jennifer and Nick Dembowske blends clothing, custom-printed items, local vendor booths, and rentable event space into one bright, welcoming spot downtown. Whether you’re stopping in to shop, order something personalized, or plan a celebration, Wildest Dreams Designs invites the community to dream big, shop local, and leave with something fun; maybe even a custom T-shirt to prove it.
In addition to retail, the business offers space rentals for parties, baby showers, classes, team events, and even family holiday gatherings.
Like many entrepreneurs, the Dembowskes started small, printing in the basement of their home. Early on, they focused heavily on team apparel sold at motocross events, and the business grew steadily from there. Eventually, they outgrew their basement setup and began searching for a building that could support their growing business.
That’s where Stacee Robison entered the story.
“I think it is wonderful what they have created here,” said Robison, a local real estate agent and fellow sports mom. As their sons connected, conversations followed, and those conversations ultimately led to the Dembowskes purchasing the Main Street building.
“I love that we finally have a clothing store in town!” Robison said. “Offering space to so many local vendors makes it even better, and the location is beautiful!” Wildest Dreams Designs sits right next to the Grand River, with plenty of parking behind the building, making it an easy stop for both shoppers and downtown visitors.
Inside the store, customers will find custom-printed pajamas, Eaton Rapids sports apparel, and a variety of items available for personalization.
Jennifer is frequently asked about the origin of their business name, and the story behind it. Years ago, while managing horse shows, she mentioned how much she wanted to own a monster truck. A man overheard and told her, “Never in your wildest dreams will you be able to get a monster truck.” Instead of discouraging her, the comment fueled her determination. The name became a reminder to aim higher, work harder, and never let someone else set limits on what is possible.
Wildest Dreams Designs is closed on Sundays. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. The store will be closed December 24 through January 4, 2026 so the team can spend time with their families over the holidays.
